A deposit of 50% of the length of
stay is required to guarantee your booking.
The balance is due upon arrival.

Deposit refunded less $25
administration fee if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if
cancelled with less than 30 days notice unless re-booking is possible.

A deposit equivalent to 2 weeks stay
required for bookings longer than 14 days.

No refunds for unused days or early

Fresh linens and towels are supplied
upon arrival, otherwise the cottage is self-catered.
